The Munch

Hey everyone! Last week, we pushed to production an update to fix the feed problems many users are experiencing. Our data shows the update worked for majority of users, but a small group of users are still experiencing issues, most commonly seeing only empty gray boxes where there should be posts. 

Our engineers are working hard to fix this issue so that all users can see and use their dashboard properly. In the meantime, many helpful and supportive users have shared workarounds they have found that allowed them to at least temporarily get past the empty gray boxes. 

We'll share them with you here: 

1. Disable infinite scroll. To do this, go to Settings, scroll down to Other Settings, and check the box next to Next and Previous Pages Dashboard (Disable Infinite Scroll). 

2. Keep infinite scroll and unblock your blocked tags if you have any. To do this, go to Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and delete blocked tags. 

Also, we have observed that most of our users who experience the fewest issues use Brave browser using the web version. We recommend Brave because it's fast and lightweight. You can download Brave here.

We are also NOT working on the mobile and app versions right now, as all our efforts are directed toward fixing the web version. 

We know these are temporary solutions, and we're doing our best to find and implement permanent fixes to the feed issues and other problems the site is experiencing.
