Due to recent incidents involving CSAM, we need to reiterate our policies. It is crucial to make our stance on handling this reprehensible and illegal content absolutely clear. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community on BDSMLR. 

In Summary…

• Posting CSAM gets you banned forever immediately.
• Reblogging, engaging with, and following users who post CSAM results in account restriction, temporary ban, or permanent ban depending on the circumstances of the violation.

We're actively collaborating with and reporting to agencies that deal with CSAM and DMCA violations. Posting such content is not only illegal but also deeply offensive. We will not tolerate it on our platform.

Detection and Reporting

When offensive images are detected (either through media scanning) or reported by third parties (like NCMEC, CyberTip, and others.), we will take immediate action to ban the associated users. 

Additional Sanctions

We’re not stopping at banning the user who posted the content. We’re implementing additional strict sanctions based on how closely users interact with the offensive material:

Radius 0: The user who posted the offensive content.

Radius 1: Users who reblogged the offensive content.

Radius 2: Users who liked, commented, or otherwise interacted with the offensive content (viewing excluded).

Radius 3: Users who follow the user who posted the offensive content.

What Happens Next?

Depending on the severity of the violation, here’s what you can expect if you’re caught in one of these radii:

1. Banned Forever: Your history is deleted, your account is blocked, and all your previous posts and uploads are erased. You’re permanently blocked from logging in and taking any actions on BDSMLR.

2. Account Restriction: Your account is downgraded to “view only” mode, stripping away all interaction privileges.

3. Warning/Suspending in Quarantine: You’re placed in a “temp ban” state, receiving a warning page when you log in. This alerts you to your unacceptable behavior and warns of a permanent ban if it continues.
   

We reserve the right to determine the radius and the level of sanctions imposed based on the specific circumstances of the violation.

And Finally… 

We’re committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. Posting or interacting with CSAM is a zero-tolerance offense. We’re taking these measures to ensure BDSMLR remains a space where everyone can feel secure.
